Small production, food friendly wines
We are a small-production winery located on the southern slopes of Parrett Mountain in the Chehalem Mountains AVA. We have a tasting room in Carlton, Oregon – in the heart of Oregon Wine Country. We always have a food pairing as part of our wine flight. The pairing can be cheese that complements our wines, jams from Republic of Jam, or breads from Carlton Bakery.
Join us in Carlton and experience our small production, food friendly wines!
We specialize in food-friendly wines that will complement everything from pizza to porterhouse, or tilapia to Thai food, if you’re drinking our Chardonnay. We’ve also enjoyed some successful forays into bigger, more fruit-forward wines by sourcing grapes from the high-and-dry Rogue Valley. But even our Syrah and Cabernet Franc, which would be just fine on their own, are made to pair well with food.
At the end of the day, it’s about staying out of the way and letting the soil and the grapes tell their stories. So far, those stories have been pretty compelling.
